This fifth course in the Utility Safety Basics for Supervisors series is designed to provide a foundational understanding of organizational behavior, and how it contributes to employee safety and success. This session will focus on the following key concepts:
- Setting clear expectations and providing consistent feedback
- Providing accurate information and adequate resources
- Understanding the hidden incentives and consequences that drive employee behavior
- Ensuring consistency between technical training and the field work being performed
